From captivating crowds in Louisville and New Albany, Indiana, to private events in California and Las Vegas, Magic Amanda is no stranger to magic.
A distinguished member of the Chicago Round Table and a member at The Magic Castle in Hollywood, her magic has gone viral on social media and landed her in publications such as MagicSeen. Catch her monthly at LuvWoo Bar for the mesmerizing spectacle of “Luvly Magic.”

Join us for "Poetry on the Rocks," hosted by Caiti Quatmann—local poet, author, and Editor-in-Chief for HNDL Magazine!
Experience a night of creativity, connection, and craft cocktails every 2nd Monday of the month from 7:00 to 9:00 PM.
Sign up at 7:00 PM for your chance to share your poetry! We have 5 slots available, each 5 minutes long, welcoming voices from all backgrounds.
Featured Performers: Enjoy a dynamic lineup with an opening performer followed by our featured poet, sharing their work in a supportive and engaging atmosphere. All readers are poets and spoken word artists living in or from St. Louis.
Featured Cocktail: Savor a specially crafted cocktail that reflects the themes of our featured poet’s work—experience a taste of artistry in every sip!

Every week on Monday from 5:15P - 5:45P, come ask a lawyer general questions about any legal situation. This is just for general knowledge and help and there is no guarantee for a correct answer. Understand there is no attorney client privilege with these events since the event is out open in the public for others to hear. Every week on Monday from 7P - 12A, we host a friendly open play chess club at Luvwoo Bar. All ages and skill levels welcome. Chess boards and clocks on site. We may also host various competitions during these events. This is free, but we ask that you purchase something to support the venue! You do not need to bring anything.

Weekly Wednesday Learn to Speak Mandarin Chinese
Every week on Wednesday from 5:15P - 5:45P, we teach basic beginner Chinese Mandarin for general speaking. This is for people that have basically no exposure to the Chinese language and would like to start learning. Each week covers different topics that rotate. This is free, but we ask that you purchase something during this happy hour timeframe to support the venue! This is open to all ages. You do not need to bring anything.

Weekly Wednesday Trivia Game Night
Every week on Wednesday from 7:00P - 9:00P is trivia game night. The trivia is tailored towards the general public and general knowledge that we all have learned at some point or should currently know as adults. Additionally, questions may not be exactly pure trivia styled questions and be more of a game format. Therefore, it is not purely for the elite trivia players, but more so for people just to have fun. A smart phone is required to play as you must utilize the Trivnow.com website or app. There are 2 rounds and each round is around 40 minutes. Prizes are awarded to the top 3 winners each round (being a single person, not a table/group). This is free, but we ask that you purchase something to support the venue! This is open to all ages. You do not need to bring anything.

Weekly Thursday & Sunday Open Stage (Karaoke/Open Mic) Night
Every week on Thursday and Sunday from 7:00P - 12:00A, we host an open stage night. This mixes open mic and karaoke all into one event. Basically whatever goes on stage, just let us know what you want to do. Original content is great. Vulgarity is also allowed. 1 song at a time or 5 minutes. Go again once it is your turn in the rotation. We have all gear/instruments on site, please limit equipment and set-up time. All acts and ages welcome. This is free, but we ask that you purchase something to support the venue! You do not need to bring anything.

This is to help people talk through what’s going on and to know that they are not alone in what they are going through. This is just an open forum get together and discussion. Weekly Sunday Bartending Basics & Mixology
Every week on Sundays from 5:15P - 5:45P, we host an educational mini bartending mixology course to teach you about the history of and how to make cocktails. Each week will be a different spirit based on who comes. Everyone will be able to sample various spirits and a couple cocktails. This is free, but we ask that you purchase something to support the venue! This is open to ages 21+. You do not need to bring anything.
